Snow White party for Isabella

As you can see, there were a few Snow Whites here. Isabella loved that! And it was fun because all the dresses were different.

We had the requisite bouncer. The usual red/blue castle I get anyway. It finally fit the theme. Ha!
We finally got to meet this adorable little girl, Gracelynn. Once I got her in my arms, I couldn't let her go. Uh oh, right?
Maude once again helped by being the cupcake stylist...

I love how they turned out!!!

I love it when Ruby and Isabella get together. They always seem to just "get" each other. I have no idea what they were talking about...

It's really cute though.

Then it was...Pinata time!
The funny thing here was that I found this castle pinata in the correct colors (as opposed to pink). However, it was for the movie "Cars". Go figure.

As you can see, I covered up the "Cars" pictures.

Kids crack me up.
Notice the tongues...

Finally, success!
Again, kids crack me up.  Who put this wolf man here?

Mothers Day luncheon

Welcome to ABC Little School...

Isabella's school had a little noontime luncheon and performance for the mothers. The lady in the pink hoodie is Isabella's teacher Ms. Kika. She loves her.
All the kids sang songs accompanied by piano. I think this was "You Are My Sunshine".

Here she is giving me the tour...

The Dovin Pisses by Bastien Tamez

(otherwise known as The Dolphin Princess)
a book Bastien made for Isabella

What's going on here?

Bastien taped all these sheets of paper together to make this and hung it on the door.

What is it, you ask. Well, that's a picture of our house. (Apparently, we have a chimney I didn't know about... ) And instead of our address on there, it's our home phone number. Still, pretty good.
And this is a weasel.

So...
Pop Goes The Weasel.

Interesting, no?

Easter Egg Hunting & Earth Rolling

Well, we experienced an earthquake for the first time as a family. 7.2 in Mexicali. People were even feeling it in Vegas and Phoenix, Arizona. Wow. It was more swaying and rolling than actual shaking, but it lasted a LONG time. It was the biggest one I've ever felt in the 11 years we lived here. Nothing fell down, but our chandelier was swinging around pretty good. Since no one got hurt, I feel ok saying it was actually kind of fun.
In other news...
The bunny hid some eggs in the backyard today and Bastien and Isabella had fun finding them.
I know Bastien looks kinda stealth, but I think he just had to pee.

They had cute little baskets...

and Isabella had a cute little dress...

We had fun seeing what was inside all the eggs...

and eating it of course.
Bastien has been making a lot of interesting funny expressions lately when he's telling a story. They're so cute. Here's an example...

I love my little munchkins.
